Services and Features We Provide

User Account

Our users may register with us and create a user account. During registration, the user provides us with a valid email address and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Immediately after registration, we will send a verification link to the provided email address, which the user must use to confirm that the email address belongs to them; the verification process also includes setting a password. Without a verified email address, it will not be possible to use almost any of our other services and features. Users subsequently log in using their email address and password.

Account Security

We take account security seriously. Users may change their password at any time and enable two-factor authentication, under which a one-time code is sent to their email address each time they log in. The account settings also provide an overview of the devices on which the user is currently logged in, with the option to log out from any individual device or from all devices at once.

Account Settings and Data Protection

The settings allow users to customize our services according to their needs, with a particular focus on privacy. For example, users may determine whether a language model (LLM) may access the contents of attached files directly or only indirectly through tools. Users may also enable separate storage for each conversation, so that the model in a given conversation can only see files belonging to that conversation. We recommend reviewing these settings immediately after registration.

Tools and Their Activation

The core of our platform consists of tools that give language models "hands and feet" — in other words, the ability to actually perform tasks, ranging from working with email and files to specialized professional operations (such as document conversion, media editing, or data processing). Users independently activate only the tools they actually need from the available list of tools. Activated tools then become available to their language models. Some tools require additional configuration before use (for example, login credentials for a service that the tool is intended to operate); such credentials are stored in encrypted form.

Built-in Chat and Language Models

Our platform provides a built-in chat interface in which users can use their tools directly. In the chat, users can choose from a selection of leading language models and have access to their own conversation history. Users may also optionally connect their own language model running on their device to the chat. During use, we monitor consumption in order to keep the service available to users; during the early stages of the product, fair-use limits may therefore apply.

Connecting Tools to External Services

In addition to the built-in chat, users may connect their tools to other environments — including interfaces provided by other language model providers or directly to their own application and agent code. This is done using a unique token that identifies the user and provides access to exactly the set of tools to which the user is entitled. The token is sensitive information and the user must keep it secure. It may be regenerated at any time, in which case the previous token will be immediately invalidated.

Personal Cloud Storage

Each account includes its own cloud storage, which language models can work with directly — including uploading, reading, organizing, and creating files using tools. Users also have access to a web-based file manager with folders, file moving and renaming functionality, and a trash/recycle bin. The storage includes a dedicated folder into which content may only be added by a human through our web interface and not by a language model. Text files may additionally be vectorized, allowing key information to be found instantly even in large documents across the entire storage.

Organizations

Our services are intended not only for individuals but also for companies, schools, public authorities, and other formal and informal organizations. Instead of a standard individual account, users may create an organization and become its first administrator. Administrators may then invite additional members, appoint additional administrators, or demote administrators back to regular members. One account (one email address) belongs either to an individual or to exactly one organization.

Organization Management

Administrators can manage the operation of the entire organization from a single place. They may establish unified privacy and security rules applicable to all members, determine which tools and language models members are permitted to use, and decide whether members may modify these settings themselves. Organization management also includes shared organizational storage that is separate from members' personal storage. Administrators may determine who is allowed to contribute to this storage and whether it is read-only for regular members. Administrators may also manage members' accounts — including viewing their active sessions and logging them out, or deleting a member's account. The entire organization may also be deleted at once if necessary.

Inviting Users to an Organization

Administrators may invite additional users to an organization by entering their email address. The invited person will receive an email containing a link through which they can join the organization; the invited person's email address must not already be registered in our system. In order to prevent unsolicited email from being sent through our platform, the number of invitations sent to external email domains within a certain period of time is limited.

User Blocking

If a user violates the rules or otherwise threatens the security or operation of the service, we may block their account. When a blocked user logs in, they will be informed that their account has been blocked and will not be able to continue using our services until the matter has been resolved. If a user believes that their account was blocked by mistake, they may contact us. We reserve the right to block an account or an entire organization, including without providing a reason.

Legal Documents and Consents

Use of our services is governed by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We keep precise records of the version and wording of the documents to which each user has agreed. If we update these documents, we will request the user's consent to the current version upon their next login; until such consent is provided, continued use of the services may be restricted.

Account Deletion

Although we firmly believe you will never need this option, every registered user may delete their account. This will result in the removal of all of the user's data from our databases, including their storage and conversation history. Data may remain in our backups for several weeks after the account has been deleted.

News and Communications

During registration, users may voluntarily subscribe to receive news and updates by email. This consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time. Operational and security-related messages (such as email verification messages or login codes) will always be sent regardless of this setting.

Who Are Our Services Intended For and Who May Use Them?

Our services are intended for a broad range of users — from individuals who want to give language models enhanced capabilities for everyday tasks, through developers who want to connect our tools to their own applications and agents, to companies, non-profit organizations, schools, public authorities, and other formal and informal organizations seeking to improve the efficiency of their operations. Whether you use us as an individual or as a member of an organization, these Terms and Conditions apply to you in full.

Our services may only be used by persons who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement with us. By registering and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or older if required by the laws applicable in your country). If you are younger, you may use our services only with the consent and under the supervision of your legal guardian, who assumes responsibility for your use of the services. We reserve the right to request age verification and, where there are reasonable doubts, to restrict access or terminate the account.

If you create an account or act on behalf of an organization (for example, as its administrator), you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to do so and that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that the members you invite to the organization use our services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; their conduct shall be attributed to the organization in the same manner as the conduct of its own representatives.

Each email address may only be used once in our system and is associated either with an individual account or with an account belonging to an organization — never both at the same time. A single user may simultaneously have one personal account and one organizational account, but each must be registered using a different email address. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, and it is therefore essential that you protect your login credentials and any access token and do not share them with anyone else.

Our services are not intended for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. By using our services, you agree not to use them in violation of applicable laws, to infringe the rights of third parties, to threaten the security or integrity of our platform, or to engage in conduct that could harm other users or us. If such conduct occurs, we are entitled to restrict access to the account, block the account, or terminate the account, including without prior notice where circumstances so require.

We provide access to our services on an "as is" basis and reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate the provision of services to any user or organization, particularly in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, a security threat, or conduct that is inconsistent with the purpose of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty. In particular, we do not warrant that the services will be continuously available, error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, or that they will meet your specific expectations or any particular purpose for which you intend to use them. Our platform is also provided during the early stages of development, and therefore its features, availability, and limitations may change over time, be temporarily restricted, or be discontinued.

Our platform enables large language models (LLMs) to be connected with tools, services, and data. Please be aware that outputs generated by language models may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate, and that actions performed by tools based on such outputs may have real-world consequences (such as sending an email or modifying or deleting files). You are solely responsible for deciding which tools you activate, what information you make available to them, and how you use or act upon their outputs. We recommend always verifying outputs and exercising caution when carrying out sensitive or irreversible actions.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or behavior of language models, third-party services, or external providers to which our tools connect, nor for any damage arising from their use. Likewise, we are not responsible for data, files, or content that you upload to or process through our services; you are responsible for backing up such data and for ensuring that its processing complies with applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from service unavailability, output errors, actions performed by a tool, unauthorized access to your account or token, or actions of third parties. You are responsible for securely storing your login credentials and access token; we shall not be liable for damages resulting from their disclosure or sharing.

You must not use our platform for purposes where a failure, error, or outage could result in personal injury, loss of life, significant property damage, or other serious consequences (including, for example, the operation of critical infrastructure or medical, emergency-response, or other high-risk systems). If you nevertheless use the service for such purposes, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and all relationships arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. If any dispute or uncertainty arises between us and a user in connection with the use of our services or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, we undertake to attempt to resolve it amicably and in good faith as a first step, through mutual communication and an effort to find a mutually acceptable solution. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this manner, the competent court in Prague shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide the dispute.

Service Development

Our platform is currently in an early stage of development — it is the first prototype of our product. This means that we are actively developing the services and that, in the near future, users should expect the addition of new features and tools, modifications to or removal of existing features, changes to usage limits, and the introduction of paid plans. Some services that are currently available free of charge or without limitations may therefore become subject to fees or other restrictions in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

In connection with this development, we reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions and related documents from time to time, in particular to bring them into line with new features, new plans, or applicable laws and regulations. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available within our services, and we keep a record of each version. If we issue a new version, we will request your consent to the updated wording when you next log in; until such consent is provided, continued use of the services may be restricted. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you may stop using our services or delete your account.

Change of Operator

In the near future, the rights and obligations related to the operation of our services will be transferred to a newly established legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic. Until such legal entity is established and becomes the operator, the operator shall remain Martin Tošner. Following the establishment of the legal entity and the transfer of the relevant rights and obligations, the legal entity shall become the operator; its exact identification and contact details will subsequently be stated in the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
